Walk and Roll to School Day

Walk and Roll to School Day is Wednesday, October 4, 2023

Join the walking school bus parade with fellow students and walk to school on the first late start day In October! Bike trains will gather at the following intersections and meet up with the walkers and bussers as a group at 34th St (at Martin) and walk together to Creekside. 

· Baseline North: 38th and Gilpin tunnel

· Lower Chautauqua: 20th and Mariposa.

· Martin Acres north: 31st & Ash

· Martin Acres south: 42nd & Martin

· Majestic Heights: 43rd & Hanover

· Highview: Ludlow & Broadway

Those that carpool can join too by meeting the parent and teacher chaperones at 34th Street (at Martin) at 8:25am. We suggest dropping your students off at 33rd and Martin so that you can loop out of the neighborhood on Dartmouth Ave and not get stuck behind the parade down Martin into school.

Students will then be greeted with snacks and other small giveaways!
